New Developments

I’m starting to roll over! I also just learned how to bounce myself by kicking my feet when I’m on momma’s lap. While taking a bath, I accidentally splashed myself in the face while kicking. It startled me at first but I thought it was funny and kept doing it! Mom couldn’t stop laughing and she called Dad in to see me having such fun. :) Another thing I do is smile or laugh whenever I sneeze. lol The sensation is funny to me. I’m growing rapidly! I’m already fitting into size 9mos. clothes! Wow. 

I’ve just celebrated my first, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year! 2012 is gonna be an exciting year for me full of learning and growing beyond my wildest dreams. (If I dream at all this young. hehe)

ART

I LOVE art! My older brothers have some art on the walls of my bedroom and I look at them every chance I get! I even smile and talk to the wall of art. My mom calls me crazy but she loves seeing me happy! She loves art too so it’s something we have in common! Besides loving daddy. :)

I’m 9 weeks old and this is the formula I’m drinking now. I’m up to 5-6oz. per feeding. My mom still breastfeeds me at night though. :)

I’m growing fast!

I’m starting to fill out and have little chubby cheeks! These days, I’m staying awake more, looking around more and I really love when my family holds me. I especially love when they sing to me or simply walk around with me. My favorite is a baby sling. I fall right to sleep in that! My first smiles should be coming soon, I almost smiled at Mom today! :) Today I am 6 weeks and 5 days old.

I finally started to take the bottle this week so Mom can try to go back to work. This is my first formula! I’m only drinking about 2 bottles a day and up to 3 oz. each feeding. I’m nursing for my other feedings. :)
